How we started?
Our family has a strong foothold in food and beverage industry since 1954. Hence, Food has been the focal point
of discussion at our dining table ever since. Considering our background, it just felt right to extend our portfolio into
condiments industry as well and hence Maa’s was born.
Who are we?
We at Maa’s make mouth watering Pickles and Chutneys,
which are handmade from locally grown vegetables and
indigenous ingredients. As we live in the Terai region of
the Kumaon Himalayas, we are blessed to receive the
best organic produce. We use fresh masalas which we
ground at home in small batches. We follow a robust 8 -
step -method in preserving this age old tradition. We do
not use any chemical preservatives or artificial colors
and have a Zero Waste policy.

Our Superwomen
We collaborate with a team of Local Kumaoni women who, in most cases, are the main bread
earners of their families and are often, a victim of Domestic Violence.
It is our earnest endeavour to provide such women a platform to showcase their talent and financially empower them.
